Anele Mdoda applauds Netflix’s Bad Influencer

Media personality Anele Mdoda is showing love for local television once again as she’s singing the praises of Netflix’s trending series, Bad Influencer.

The star, known for her honest takes and vibrant personality, took to X (formerly Twitter) to commend the show’s storytelling and impressive performances.

Anele couldn’t hold back her admiration for the way the characters were written and how naturally the leads connected on screen.

She wrote: “Bad Influencer is a good show. BK’s character development is [at its] peak! Pinky as well. Such great chemistry between the two leads. Brilliant premise as well. Believable. Bonke.”

Since its release in October 2025, Bad Influencer has continued to dominate conversations online, with viewers calling it one of the best South African productions currently streaming.

Anele’s endorsement only added to the hype, as many fans agreed with her sentiments, praising the show for its authenticity, captivating plot, and undeniable chemistry between the stars.
