ANC member amongst 3 men accused of Hillary Gardee’s murder
The accused, Philemon Lukhele, Sipho Lawrence Mkhatshwa and Albert Mduduzi Gama have appeared in court. They are charged with six counts
They are facing charges of conspiracy for murder, kidnapping, rape, murder and possession of firearm and defeating the ends of justice.
The court matter has been postponed to 9th June 2020 for further investigations. Bail has been abandoned by all three accused. The court has also instructed that all three accused receive medical attention. One of the accused alleges they were tortured.
