Jacquees arrives in South Africa and links up with Usimamane

American R&B star Jacquees, born Rodriquez Jacquees Broadnax, has arrived in South Africa.

The singer and songwriter confirmed his arrival on Friday, 6 February, after sharing posts across his social media platforms indicating that he was in Johannesburg.

Since touching down, Jacquees has been embracing the local experience.

His Instagram stories show him sampling different meals and enjoying the South African vibe.

He has also linked up with rising rap star Usimamane, sharing a photo of the two together. Captioning the post, Jacquees wrote: “Lil bru @usimamane got me out in South Africa.”

The visit has sparked excitement online, with social media users flooding his posts with reactions.

While some suggested activities for him to try during his stay, others encouraged him to connect with more South African artists before leaving the country.
