Dj Fresh is a Radio personality who also does gigs as a disk jokey. Him and his friend DJ Euphonic, who is also a DJ were accused of rape last year January 2021. A Twitter user came out and exposed the two DJs for drugging her and sexually assaulting her. The rape incident is said to have occurred 10 years ago. The lady pressed charges but the case did not succeed. It was thrown out because of its lack of evidence.

A year later, City Press announced that the case has been reopened and the trial will soon begin. Allegations that new evidence has came out spread. This means that this time, there might be success with the case.

DJ Fresh and his wife Thabiso Sekwane announced that they will be divorcing soon. The two have been married for 20 years and they share 3 children together. They said they have been separated for quite some time but rumors say that their divorce was a strategy for the upcoming case against DJ Fresh.

Tweepers say that maybe DJ Fresh knows that the case will be tougher and he wanted his family to be secured in spite of everything that might occur during the trial. It is said that if he is found guilty, his asserts might be frozen and this might leave his family stranded.

Him taking a divorce with his wife, might mean he can transfer everything to his wife easily and if anything is ceased, his family will already be sorted. In the video where they announced their divorce, Thabiso explained that there will not be any fights between them and that they still love each other. She also sparked that there will not be sharing of asserts.
