The case involving Siyabonga and Malusi Ndimande, who are linked to the murders of rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes and chef Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane, is expected to resume in the Durban Magistrate’s Court on Friday.

The brothers were extradited from Eswatini in November 2025 after initially contesting their extradition for several months.

They later withdrew their appeal in October, paving the way for their return to South Africa.

Multiple other charges

In addition to charges related to the Kiernan ‘AKA’ Forbes and Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane murders, the Ndimande brothers face multiple other charges, including murder in a separate case involving the killing of a taxi owner in Amanzimtoti.

The high-profile case has attracted significant public attention as proceedings continue through the courts.
