EPWP ADMIN SUPPORT CLERK DIRECTORATE
PLANNING & LOCAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT POSITION (MAXIMUM 11 MONTHS)
Stipend: R7500 (Monthly Basic Salary)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 ● Unemployed individual between the ages of 18-35 ● Competent in MS Programmes especially MS Excel and sound data verification skills ● any previous exposure to the EPWP reporting system i.e. data capturing and data validation will be beneficial ● Effective communication skills in at least two of the three Western Cape official languages.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
The EPWP Admin Support Clerk will be required to assist with the collection and scrutiny of the following information to update progress on the EPWP Reporting Systems: Employment Information- number of work opportunities, person days of work and training days created for the quarter being reported ● Financial Information – any changes to the project’s budget spending and the wage bill for the project for the quarter being reported ● Participation Information – Summary of Participants, their days worked and their daily wage rate for the quarter being reported ● Project Outputs – a description of the products/ services produced by the project.
DIRECTION TO CANDIDATES:

A comprehensive CV with certified copies of qualifications (not older than 3 months), copies of training, experience, competency and previous employment record must accompany applications.
