Actress Phindile Gwala’s academic qualifications inspire Mzansi

Dupped as the queen of legs, Phindile Gwala has beauty and brains. She is a celebrated actress famously known for her role on SABC 2 soapie Muvhango as Nonny, where she played a drama queen who would do anything to pursue her goals. However, the actress later ditched the show to hunt for greener pastures in the entertainment industry. Although Phindile Gwala is an outstanding actress with a legion of fans, many do not know that she is highly educated with an academic qualification to display.

Phindile Gwala was born in December 1986 in Eshowe, Kwazulu Natal, and raised by her parents, who were pastors and devoted Christians. She comes from a home where her parents believed education was the key to success and ensured Phindile attended good schools. After finishing her matric, Phindile enrolled at Raizcorp, where she studied business. She later went to South West Gauteng College, where she graduated with her N5 certificate in Business management.

Actress Phindile Gwala on using her academic qualifications in real life

Well, the curvy actress studied Business Management so she could apply the knowledge she acquired from college in real life. Phindile owns a Lotha’s Car Wash and a Shisanyama business in Wynberg Johanessburg. Her booming car wash business combines their daughters’ names, Lola and Thato.

Apart from acting, Phindile has multiple streams of income which explains why her net worth proliferates yearly. As of 2022, the celebrated actress has a net worth of R21 million, which has the potential to increase if her business empire blast.

She is also a co-founder of a recording studio Ngandu Productions which she brainstormed with her Congolese husband, Armando Ngandu. Their studio aims to produce films, adverts and media-related projects.

Phindile also has a hand in farming. Despite living an expensive luxurious life, rumours made rounds on social media that she engaged in agriculture as a side hustle to keep afloat. The rumours sparked after Phindile shares pictures whilst holding farm products, and she looked like she was at a farm.

She is the epitome of hard work and stops at nothing to secure the bag. With her body to die for, Phindile is a full-time farmer in real life and has been spotted several times doing farm work. The actress is using her educational qualifications wisely and inspires many.
