Actress Gugu Gumede announces good news

South African actress, Gugu Gumede has announced her return to the small screen following the arrival of her bundle of joy.

The star has been off screens for almost six months and she is finally back.

Gugu plays Mamlambo on SABC1 soapie Uzalo and she took to her Instagram yesterday that her maternity leave is officially over.

She shared a beautiful photo of herself revealing that she is nervous to leave her little princess for the first time.

Many of her fans and other celebrities took to the comment section to welcome her and encourage her.

Gugu wrote: “My 6-month maternity leave officially ends tomorrow 🫠 Excited to be back with my @uzalo_sabc1 fam, but incredibly nervous to leave my princess. Mommies, what made this transition easier for you? Please send some words of encouragement 😩💕”
