Although the cause of death is yet to be confirmed, the new video clearly shows that he suffered a seizure, which led to him falling off the stage. Some people are speculating that the flashing lights at the Expo Centre in Johannesburg may have triggered the seizure, as Costa Titch was known to have epilepsy.
