The Ndimande brothers, Siyabonga, 29, and Malusi, 28, who are accused of being involved in the murders of South African rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes and his former manager, Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane, will be extradited to South Africa.

On Friday, the brothers appeared in the Manzini District Court in Eswatini, where Principal Magistrate David Khumalo approved South Africa’s request for their extradition.

Khumalo said: “The evidence provided is enough reason to extradite them.”

The brothers are facing charges related to the high-profile killings of Forbes and Motsoane, including conspiracy to commit murder, murder, and illegal possession of firearms and ammunition.

Forbes and Motsoane were shot dead outside the now-closed Durban restaurant Wish on 10 February 2023.
