Mourners, including government officials and ANC leaders, are gathering to bid a final farewell to South Africa’s ambassador to France, Nathi Mthethwa.

The funeral service is being held at the Siyabonga Sangwenu Sports Complex in KwaMbonambi, KwaZulu-Natal, where close family members and friends have begun to arrive.
