Nozipho Ntshangase goes under the knife again

Reality TV personality Nozipho Ntshangase has once again chosen to enhance her body through surgery, sharing details of her latest procedure with fans.

The Mommy Club star revealed that she recently underwent a mastopexy, commonly known as a breast lift, marking the second phase of her mommy makeover journey after welcoming five children.

In a candid post, Nozipho expressed how happy she is with the results, saying, “I’m looking great and I’m loving it.”

Her latest procedure follows the abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) surgery she had in July, which she previously described as part of her self-love transformation.

“I’ve been on this self-love journey. After having my last three children and going through a lot, I struggled with loving myself. My confidence went down the drain, so I thought, why not do the outer and inner work on myself at the same time?” she explained.

Nozipho admitted that regaining her confidence after childbirth had been a challenge, even after trying to exercise and maintain her body naturally.

“I gained weight. It was this and it was that. Not exercising as often as I would have wanted. A lot of insecurities. I decided to take the plunge and be brave and do what I always wanted to do, which is work on my body and myself,” she said.

While she acknowledged feeling nervous ahead of her procedures, the reality star credited her surgeon for easing her worries.

“I’m excited and nervous because I’m a researcher; I read a lot and Google has me overthinking a lot of things, but my surgeon is amazing,” she added.
