Buhle Samuels allegedly takes her boyfriend to court

Buhle Samuels has allegedly taken legal action against her rumoured boyfriend, businessman Vuyisa Mqokiyana.

The former Muvhango actress is said to have filed a protection order, a move that quickly sparked heated reactions online.

The revelation came on Friday, 3 October 2025, when controversial blogger Musa Khawula shared what appeared to be court documents linking Samuels and Mqokiyana.

In his post, Khawula didn’t hold back, writing: “Buhle Samuels has opened a protection order against her boyfriend, Vuyisa Mqokiyana, whom she stealth from Asavela Mnqithi. Upon finding out Asavela Mnqithi had filed for divorce, as if Asavela Mnqithi hadn’t stealth Vuyisa Mqokiyana from his uninteresting first wife.”

The claims immediately drew mixed responses from social media users.

One X user, @FighterMalesela, questioned how Khawula gained access to the documents, saying:

“We will never fix this system, wena where did you get this docket? You have police in your pocket neh?”

Others linked the drama to karma. @Theboldman7 commented:

“When we tell people that Karma exists, and that you lose them how you got them, we are told life doesn’t work like that.”

Another user, @Kels18969093615, pointed to Mqokiyana’s past, writing:
