Orlando Pirates have confirmed that their fixture against Mamelodi Sundowns has moved to Wednesday, 20 September.
The Buccaneers take on Masandawana in a highly anticipated DStv Premiership fixture and the match was initially scheduled on 19 September.
However, due to Sundowns’ and Pirates’ CAF Champions League second preliminary round, with Pirates facing TS Galaxy in Botswana on 15 September.
As a consequence, Pirates’ home fixture against Cape Town Spurs on 16 September was postponed.
Meanwhile, Sundowns have a longer trip to Burundi to meet Bumamuru FC on the same day.
To give both teams more time for their travels and to prepare, given their already packed schedules, the DStv Premiership clash between Pirates and Downs has been moved from 19 to 20 September, as confirmed by the Buccaneers.
