Just days after his exit from FC Copenhagen, Bafana Bafana international Luther Singh has been snapped up by a new club.
The 26-year-old has been unveiled by FK Čukarički in Serbia, signing a two-year contract with the Serbian SuperLiga outfit.
Singh had joined Copenhagen two seasons ago from Braga with much fanfare, but the move to Denmark never worked out for the Olympian, and he made just four appearances at the club where Sibusiso Zuma is still revered.
He spent last season on loan at Desportivo de Chaves, back in Portugal where he had played from 2016 to 2021 for clubs like Braga, Chaves, Moreirense and Paços de Ferreira.
Singh last represented Bafana back in 2021 and the former Stars of Africa graduate will hope to relaunch his career in Serbia, and possibly earn a recall to the national setup.
He was unveiled by FK Čukarički and has signed a deal until 2025.
