Kaizer Chiefs to ring the changes against AmaZulu
SoccerLaduma sources claim that Molefi Ntseki could hand Itumeleng Khune his first start of the season this weekend against AmaZulu. Brandon Petersen is the current Number 1, despite errors against Sundowns. He started both matches after the 2-1 defeat to the Brazilians, namely in MTN8 action against Cape Town City and the recent defeat to TS Galaxy. Khune’s last start was in May.

Meanwhile, at the other end of the pitch, Ntseki also faces a massive dilemma in attack. Caleb Bimenyimana has left the club, Ranga Chivaviro limped off injured in the 29th minute against Galaxy and Ashley Du Preez missed that game with flu. If new signing Efmamjjasond Gonzalez doesn’t have his work permit cleared in time, Wandile Duba would be the only available senior striker. Christian Saile, better in wide areas, could be deployed through the middle in an emergency such as this.
