Salary:    R176 310 per annum (An all-inclusive annual remuneration  package R302 136)

Requirements:

Grade 12 Certificate. No experience required

  • Knowledge of Administration fields, Public Service and Departmental procedures and prescript, departmental policies, and
  • Understanding of the Human Resource Management, Legislation, and regulatory framework (Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations and HR practices and procedures), Administrative procedures, Personnel
  • Skills: Good  communication   skills  (verbal  and  written)  organising,  planning, presentation coordination, and stakeholder
  • Ability to work long hours
  • Ability to work individually and in
  • Ability to work under extreme pressure.
  • Ability to work with difficult persons and to resolve

  • Serve as a Technical Advisor during
  • Record in writing the events  of the shortlisting meeting including the advice provided to the Chairperson and the Selection Committee.
  • Support effective interviews of competent human
  • Support effective personnel suitability checks in line with the National Vetting Processing of service benefits transactions on leave of absence, Temporary Incapacity, allowances, medical assistance, long service recognition, Service Terminations, resettlement, service termination and injury on duty.
  • Provide advice and guidance to clients regarding the above
  • Compile and keep databases on all matters of service benefits and
  • Respond to client’s enquiries
