The Rock explained that he slimmed down as part of preparations for his next big role in the upcoming film Lizard Music.
“I had just finished The Smashing Machine, where I needed to bulk up as much as possible,” Johnson told fans. “Now I have to lean out. It’s a complete shift in diet and training.”
