Job Summary

To increase instore revenue by actively facilitating the opening and servicing instore accounts in order to achieve targets set.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience:

To actively engage with customers, in motivating opening of instore accounts. To have full comprehensive knowledge of mrp accounts in order to successfully provide follow-up and resolutions, to meet customer needs.

Administration:

To maintain knowledge of NCA with regards to documentary requirements needed for a customer to open instore accounts. Responsible for all account administration and the processing of all account maintenance required by customers.

2. Mr Price Cellular Associate

Job Summary

To increase in-store revenue by actively facilitating the sales of cell phones, cell phone accessories and cell phone contracts to achieve required MRP Money sales targets.

Duties And Responsibilities
Customer Experience:
To actively engage with customers, discovering their needs, and making recommendations to generate sales in order to achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets by cross selling and promoting additional products and services. To provide comprehensive follow-up, often going between customer and suppliers to resolve issues, and tailor resolutions to meet customer needs.

Product:
To have a full comprehension on product knowledge in order to assist customers on the set-up, operation, and maintenance of mobile devices and accessories. Ensure stock orders are accurately completed in accordance with cellular laydowns. Facilitate and manage the out-of-box failures and repair policies. To merchandise, stock and replenish the cellular kiosk constantly.

Administration:
To maintain knowledge of current sales, sales promotions and campaign related requirements. Responsible for the administration and facilitation of pricing markdowns, transferring and receiving merchandise, inventory control/counts, and processing transactions.

3. Mr Price Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary

Support the Store Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of a store to ensure that the overall objectives, store targets and customer service standards are met and exceeded.

Duties And Responsibilities

Stock Management:

Ensure that stock is accurately received & unpacked to merchandise and replenish the sales floor,

monitor and manage stock levels through defined processes (stock counts, stock takes, stock loss action plans etc.) to mitigate risks (stock loss) and ensure adequate stock on hand.

Oversee the overall maintenance of the stockroom to meet housekeeping standards.

Authorize write offs, breakages, recalls and returns.

Sales Growth & Profitability:

Analyse sales & profitability reports in store to collaborate with management on required operational action plans, increase sales performance and monitor store expenditure.

Review and keep abreast of in-store product performance to provide feedback to support centre and enhance sales.

Identify and propose new opportunities to increase sales and brand awareness. This may include: in-store marketing, competitor shopping, partnering/participating in local events and driving new accounts/memberships per targets (if applicable).

Risk Management:

Conduct compliance checks through defined processes (e.g. admin checks, store audits, visual audits, COMO reports, POS (Point of Sales) reports, health & safety standards, weekly hanger counts, security etc.) to ensure and enforce overall compliance to policies and procedures.

Customer Experience Management:

Ensure and maintain the implementation of customer experience processes (through the execution of business instruction letters, markdowns, repricing, promotions, customer experience plans, visual standards, customer feedback, general housekeeping etc.) to meet customer service standards.

Leadership & Development:

Lead and drive the team within a store to achieve store KPIs and operational strategy in line with company values.

Identify & drive training, coaching and development needs with a focus on talent management and succession planning.

Recruit, administer & manage performance in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Drive and strengthen store culture through positively communicating and demonstrating our values of passion value and partnership.

Job Summary

Duties And Responsibilities

Critical Path Management:

Communicate expectations to Buyers assistants and determine a course of action to ensure that orders are placed timeously and critical path deadlines are met in order to achieve desired results for the department.

New Business Growth & Opportunity:

Identify category growth & opportunities for your portfolio/department, through testing new products by considering international & local market trends (through trend trips) & competitors (through comp shops), with our customer in mind to increase sales.

Merchandise Strategy:

Develop a seasonal product strategy for your portfolio/department, in line with company strategy (considering post-mortem and current trade analyses, PMO targets, pricing strategies, supplier strategies, marketing & digital, and fashion trends, etc.) in order to achieve department targets.

Product Assortment:

Build and present a balanced product assortment for the portfolio/department (considering sub cats, planned promotions, volume opportunities and marketing etc.) in line with seasonal strategies in order to meet department review plan targets.

Resourcing & Quality:

Build new and maintain existing supplier relationships, (considering our sustainability, resourcing and departmental supplier strategy) and quality standards in line with our brand DNA, thus ensuring high quality products are delivered on time and in full.

Qualifications And Experience
