Hunt On SSU Frustration – I’m Used To Winning Things

SuperSport United head coach Gavin Hunt has opened up on their CAF Champions League hopes in their battle against Orlando Pirates after dropping points in four of their last six games.
With three draws, one defeat, and two wins in their last six games, Pirates have moved ahead of SuperSport for the league runners-up position that would secure Champions League football.
And with two games to go, Hunt was visibly frustrated by their 0-0 stalemate with Stellenbosch at TUT Stadium on Tuesday evening.
“We’ve drawn the last couple of games, we were well clear [of Pirates], we should have been well clear but we’re boxing well above our weight at the moment, we just have to try and take it and move on you know,” Hunt said.
“We not scoring or making enough chances, we defended well in these draws, we drew to Gallants last week, missed a penalty, should have won there, I mean Chippa we should have won 8-0 so if you don’t score it’s a big problem.
“I think we would have taken [being at this stage] but now that we got so close and draw three games from the last five, it’s a problem.
“We are still in a good position but we still want to do better, well I want to do better, I’m used to winning things. This club, there’s a lot we need to change and we’ll do it. We have two games left, let’s see what happens.”
Matsatsansa face Kaizer Chiefs and Sekhukhune United in their final two league fixtures this season.
