Focus on Swallows demands Kaizer Chiefs coach

“People are already thinking Pirates, and not Swallows. It gets to our players’ ears, and they start thinking about the derby.” the Kaizer Chiefs coach told SowetanLive.

“We must manage it and we have been in that situation while we were still players. I think we have the advantage of helping these players on how to manage themselves and the entire squad.

“Sometimes the derby can make you forget about what is important. What is key for us is to take one game at a time.

“As soon as we are done playing the game on Monday, we will focus on the Pirates game though it’s a bit difficult because people are talking about the derby, more especially after a great performance like this (against Chippa United).”
