The Manufacturing and Technical trainee position is based in Midrand and runs for a period of 12 months leading towards a permanent position. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate are as follows:

• Support continuous improvement
• Provide assistance with project planning and rollout
• Optimize utilization of raw materials
• Enhance plant availability and quality
• Manage Human Resources for a high-performance culture
• Promote asset care ethics and principles
• Conduct waste and loss analysis

Who should apply?

Applicants must possess the following minimum eligibility and skills  requirements:

• Holds a BSc Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification
• Competent skills in MS Office applications
• 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
• Ambitious, driven, and with good leadership potential
• An energetic team player, resilient, and with a proven track record of quality performance
