Nadia Nakai has expressed how much she is failing to come to terms with the passing of AKA, and Costa Titch’s death has left her with many questions. Taking to Twitter, Nadia Nakai expressed her fear as she sought to explain what was happening to SA artists.

On the night of March 11th, 2023, the music world was shocked and saddened by the sudden death of South African rapper and amapiano star Costa Titch. The 26-year-old artist collapsed on stage while performing at the Ultra Music Festival in Johannesburg, South Africa. The cause of his death is unknown, and fans and fellow musicians worldwide are mourning the loss of a rising star in the music industry.

According to IOL/ The Weekend Argus, the 28-year-old rapper Constantinos Tsobanoglou could have passed away from the seizures, possibly triggered by the flashing lights.

The publications add that the amapiano sensation Costantinos Tsobanoglou had a history of epilepsy, which is a condition that affects the brain and causes seizures.

The family of the rapper asked South Africans to keep them in their prayers during this difficult time in a statement that reads:

“Death has tragically knocked at our door. Robbing us of our beloved son, brother, and grandson, Constantinos Tsobanoglou (28), who South Africa had come to love and idolize under his stage name “Costa Titch”. It is with deep pain that we find ourselves having to acknowledge his passing at this time. We are thankful for the emergency responders and all those who were present in his last hours on this earth. As a family, we are faced with a difficult time as we try to make sense of what has befallen us and ask that we be afforded the time and space to gather ourselves.”
