ABC Motsepe League teams continue to battle out for title honours 

Despite the bad rainy weather, which affected some of the fixtures over the weekend, the ABC Motsepe League continued to battle out for the title honours in their respective provinces. 

Mikhado‘s problems continue to mount as they played out to a 1-1 draw with United Artists in the Limpopo ABC Motsepe League. 

Mikhado is currently languishing at the basement of Stream A with nine points after 12 outings.  

In the Northern Cape, Upington City thrashed Kakamas Sundowns 3-0 at home. Kakamas accepted the outcome of the match that was abandoned due to power failure. 

The game was played on the 28th of January 2023 when it was stopped with 11 minutes remaining due to load shedding. 

Meanwhile, most of the fixtures in Gauteng province were postponed due to waterlogged pitches. 

Only five matches were able to go ahead as planned in Gauteng.
