Jub Jub takes Moja Love to the courts after fallout. He has been topping trends of late. The drama comes in the backdrop of his fallout with the TV channel. Jub Jub pulled a shocker when he dragged Moja Love to the courts. However, he took his employers for not paying his January salary.

According to reports, the TV channel punished the Uyajola 9/9 hosts for violating the channel’s anti-gender-based violence policy. Rumour mill has it that the channel is also considering ending his current contract before the official date, which is March 2023.

“The CEO is a proponent of anti-gender-based violence and hates the abuse of women and children. He felt Jub Jub should be punished severely as that would serve as a deterrent to would-be transgressors of the company’s policy,” said the channel’s executive.

Rumour mill has it that Jub demands his January salary through his lawyers, Baloyi-Ntsako Attorneys.

“Quite shockingly and to his detriment, he informs us that to date, he has not received his monthly salary for January 2023, and attempts to inquire were met with aggressive non-committal responses from both yourself as the CEO and the broadcaster legal adviser, one Advocate Nandi Ndaba,” reads the letter in part.

In the mix of things Jub Jub’s lawyers threaten to take the channel to court for ill-treating the TV personality.

“A business of this magnitude, such as that of the broadcaster, Moja Love, cannot be run as spaza shop, it’s unprofessional, unethical, and completely abhorrent. It is our informed and considered opinion that the treatment you are subjecting our client under, inclusive of non-payment of his salary is unfair, unlawful, wrongful conduct and inhumane,” reads the letter.

No doubt Jub Jub was allegedly cancelled for the second time on Uyajola on 9/9 in five months. No doubt Jub Jub has been making all sorts of headlines for the wrong reasons.
