Zwane feels playing in the CAF Champions League will benefit his Chiefs players a lot, especially because he, himself, knows what it’s like to participate at that level.
ARTHUR ZWANE SETS NEW TARGET FOR KAIZER CHIEFS
“We really want to go and play in the Champions League next season. I’ve tasted it, when I was part of the team as the assistant coach… or was it two seasons ago? So, I want to go back there,” said Zwane as per SABC Sport.
“I think that will help our boys grow [and] it will help our players to know what it’s like to compete at that level, because some of these players must come back and represent their country at international level.
“So, it’s equally important for us to participate at that level and we will push for second spot if we can’t get anything, but I think second spot is realistic,” added Zwane.
