Former Maritzburg United forward Lelethu Skelem is training with TS Galaxy.
Skelem recently parted ways with the Team of Choice after spending two seasons at the club and making 28 appearances during which he scored two goals.
The 24-year-old won National First Division promotion with Western Cape-based side Stellenbosch FC and that’s where he enjoyed most his football, making 52 appearances and scored five goals.
This publication has learnt that Skelem has started training with TS Galaxy but nothing has been negotiated contract wise as yet.
Siyadumza recently played to a goalless draw with relegation threatened Swallows this past weekend at Dobsinville Stadium, proving once again they need more firepower upfront.
Overall, Galaxy have scored just eight goals in 16 DStv Premiership games – the lowest among all 16 teams in the league.
The Rockets will be travelling to Cape Town this coming weekend as they will be facing Eric Tinkler’s Cape Town City on Friday evening.
