Siyanda run riot in 5-0 demolition of Relatives in Motsepe League

South African football third-tier, the Motsepe League, was in full swing over the weekend with Siyanda demolishing Relatives 5-0 at home in Eastern Cape province. 

The victory saw Siyanda close the gap on top as they are currently placed second in the provincial ABC Motsepe League table with 16 points, just one point behind stream leaders Peace Makers who played out to a 1-all draw with Hanley. 

In Gauteng, Dondol Stars consolidated their top spot with a 2-1 win over Senaoane Gunners. As a result, the side is flourishing nicely on the summit of the table with 33 points after 13 outings. 

Meanwhile, Mpheni Home Defenders and Ngwaabe City Motors continued with their fine form from Stream A and Stream B respectively. 

Mpheni secured a 1-0 slender win against Winners Park, while City Motors managed to defeat Ditlou 2-0 at home. Both sides remain on top of their streams.
