Revenge Porn! BBMzansi’s Dinky Bliss Dragged For Posting Terry’s Nudes

Whoa, Dinky Bliss might have to cough out R300k after posting Terry Treasure’s naked pics. Yeah we know she has an only fans account but…

If you’re on Twitter you might have noticed that Mzansi woke up to see Dinky Bliss topping the trends list. Sure you wonder why she’s trending as she was the weakest link in the Big Brother Mzansi house. It turns out that ever since she left the house sis hasn’t been quiet and is trying all her best to be noticed by South Africans.

Yesterday Dinky posted a nude pic of Terry which she might have probably gotten from her Only Fans account. But that didn’t work in her favour as SAns demanded that she pull the pic down.

Some of BBMzansi’s star fans screenshotted the post and said they were going to show it to Terry as soon as she’s out of the house so Dinky can be sued. If you’re not aware revenge porn is a crime in South Africa.

Revenge porn is the sharing of nude or sexually explicit photos of a person, either via social media, texts, emails or by uploading the content to pornographic websites to humiliate the victim.

According to the Films and Publications Amendment Bill any person who knowingly distributes private sexual photographs and films in any medium including through the internet, without the prior consent of the individual or individuals and where the individual or individuals in the photographs or films is identified or identifiable in the said photographs and films, shall be guilty of an offence and liable upon conviction”.
