Award-winning South African music producer, Prince Kaybee, has opened up about his weight loss and personal health journey, sharing before-and-after photos on both X and Instagram.

The Wajelwa hitmaker revealed that he dropped from 96 kilograms to 88 kilograms in just over two months. He credited his transformation to his strict diet of eating once a day and maintaining an intense workout routine.

ā€œI still eat once a day. You should eat once a day and work outĀ like it’s your last day,ā€ he wrote in his post.

Just last month, Prince Kaybee shared a more vulnerable side of his journey when he opened up about his struggles with amnesia.

In a heartfelt post, he expressed his deep concern about how the condition might affect not only his music career but also his ability to raise his children.

The producer’s posts have resonated with many, shedding light on both the physical and mental challenges he’s navigating, while still pushing forward with his career and personal goals.
