Orlando Pirates & Kaizer Chiefs confirmed their starting line-up for this afternoon’s Carling Black Label cup fixture at FNB stadium.
After ten years of these two sides battling for this trophy, they will be fighting for it differently this time, as they will play a semi-final and a winner will go into the final.
The defending champions Kaizer Chiefs had to make some changes in their team as Itumeleng Khune was injured alongside Njabulo Blom and Happy Mashiane. Meanwhile, Brandon Peterson and Phathutshedzo Nange came in to replace them.
The Buccaneers had to prepare their team without Nigerian international Olisah Ndah and Ghanaian international Richard Ofori both received national team call-ups ahead of the World Cup in Qatar. Captain Innocent Maela has been also ruled out as he got injured.
Keagan Dolly has been voted as the captain of Amakhosi ahead of the Soweto Derby, Erasmus will lead the sea robbers as their captain.
