Then, in the evening, people who follow Ama2000 move to direct messages, where they share naked pictures or photos of the results of their actions.
During these live sessions, they keep switching people and bringing in new ones. Some people join the live session to tell them that what they are doing is disgusting.
The Daily Sun talked to some of the people who were upset about the live sessions.
Mandlakhe Nkosi (36) said he went into TikTok because he wanted to see if this was true after he found inappropriate images on his little sister’s phone. He questioned her until she told him that they came from some guys from the live masturbation sessions.
“At first I couldn’t believe it, but I realised that she was telling the truth,” he said.
“Honestly, something needs to be done. This is disgusting,” he added.
A user said this was not new.
She said she was taking part in these sessions every day, but realised that she was becoming addicted to them.
She would even be unhappy if she had a visitor and she couldn’t participate.
“I also noticed that it was also filled with young people.
“It was just toxic. I don’t know how anyone will be able to stop these sessions, but it’s a demon,” she said.
Daily Sun spoke to one of the hosts, who asked not to be named. He said they were just having fun, and people should leave them alone.
He added that some people joined these sessions to escape stress and depression.
And if this was one of the solutions, then people should not have a problem.
“It’s no big deal,” he said.
“I don’t understand why people are acting as if we killed their mothers. We’re just having fun and I still don’t understand how this made it into the newspapers.”
TikTok spokeswoman Keagile Makgoba said the safety of users was their top priority.
She confirmed that this type of content was in violation of the their guidelines on adult nudity and sexual activities.
“In response to the specific case shared, TikTok confirms that the account that hosted the live activity has been permanently banned, and participating accounts are under review.
“We will continue to monitor activity that violates our guidelines and continue to encourage our community to report content that is contentious on the app,” said Keagile. – Daily Sun
