Former Gomora actress Buhle ‘Ama Qamata’ landed a top film job and she had been shooting in Rwanda and Congo for the past couple of months. It’s been a long since Ama went quiet on social media since she left Gomora. It’s been five weeks now since she posted her latest Instagram, and she has been hinting with stories. In her last post, she said that she was in Rwanda, and she spoke of how Rwanda is so beautiful. Everyone thought that Ama was on vacation since she was off Gomora.

Buhle had been in Rwanda and Congo for two months and was not on holiday. Ama was on a work trip, and she had been working hard. It seemed that Ama’s career was not falling like many imagined after leaving Gomora. Many fans thought that Buhle would struggle to find another job, but that’s not the case. It seemed that Buhle went Gomora with another job already waiting for her. It looks even a high profile job than the Gomora role. If Ama continues working hard as she is doing, she may end up reaching the levels of top stars like Connie Chiume and Connie Ferguson.

Ama shared her beautiful experiences in Rwanda and Congo on her Instagram stories. Before leaving for Rwanda, many fans thought Ama was seeking a boxing career, as some likened her to Connie Ferguson. We were all wrong; Ama had been preparing for her new movie job in Rwanda and Congo. In the movie, Ama imitates a boxer, Clarke, who spends most of her time with her. By staying together, Ama learnt Clarke’s traits and attributes, she also had a chance to be deep-rooted in the local culture, and this helped her to perform at the top level.

Ama’s character on the show is Safi from the film Fight Like A Girl, and she is bullish about the final product. After she finished shooting the film, Ama thanked Clarke, the producers, local people and everyone who made it possible. She said this was a dream come true for her as she witnessed the growth of the Film industry in Africa and Rwanda. After finishing shooting, Ama returned home and restored her natural look in the saloon. While in Rwanda, she looked like a poor young girl rising in boxing from a low income, which explained what she had been looking for the past couple of years.
