Actor Sello Maake Ka-Ncube reminds fans who he really is

Veteran actor and theatre performer Sello Maake KaNcube sings praises for his outstanding performances and unique talent.

On Monday, 26 September, the 62-year-old actor took to Instagram to remind his followers of who he is.

The former e.tv’s Scandal! actor shared that he was born an entertainer and that’s what makes him to be out there. He shared that everyone is born with his unique talent and it’s up to them on how they execute theirs.

The actor from Orlando West in Soweto said he was born a brand. He said it depends on you as an individual on how you make your gift makes you stand out of the rest and for him, he knew how to do that, and it worked out so well as Sello Maake KaNcube.

He wrote: “Your DNA makes you unique, and you are born a brand. It’s in how you harness your gifts that will make you stand out from the rest.”

He said that he was born Sello and all he did was work on his brand.

“I was born Sello and all I did was use my talent to enhance my brand, which we all now known as Sello Maake KaNcube. #SelloMaakeKaNcube. #SelloMKBrand,” he wrote.

Some of his followers also shared the same sentiments, saying indeed he lived up to his name and his brand stood the taste of time over the years.

Imbokodo said he must keep on flying the flag higher and higher.

“A true phenomenon. A loving legend. I look up to you, sir. I would be honoured to be either mentored or work with you one day,” Jaden Teeranks commented.

DJ Molapong said his name deserves much respect as he’s an African icon.

Sello Maake KaNcube has worked in South African films as well as in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Europe. He recently landed a gig on Showmax for a show called Blood Psalms.
