Suspended TMPD Constable Peter Nonyane, popularly known as “Gagash”, and his wife, suspended attorney Charlotte Tibana, are expected to learn their fate on Thursday, 22 October 2026, when the Polokwane High Court delivers judgment in their bail appeal.
The couple remain behind bars as they face allegations connected to an approximately R6 million estate fraud and money-laundering investigation.
The appeal was heard virtually on Wednesday, with the court expected to decide whether the pair should be released on bail pending their trial.
Both remain accused, and the allegations against them have not been proven in court.
