🚨 BREAKING NEWS | GAGASH’S R1.2 MILLION HOUSE REPORTEDLY PUT UP FOR SALE AHEAD OF BAIL APPEAL
Peter Nonyane, popularly known as Gagash, is at the centre of a property payment dispute involving a house in Capital Park, Pretoria, just days before his bail appeal.
According to information received by MDNtv, Nonyane allegedly paid R700,000 towards a R1.2 million property, with a source claiming that he still owed the landlord approximately R300,000.
The three-bedroom property has reportedly been placed on the market for R1,699,900, raising questions about Nonyane’s accommodation arrangements should he be released on bail.
The terms of the alleged agreement, outstanding balance and circumstances surrounding the property’s sale have not been independently verified.
Nonyane and his wife, Charlotte Tibana, remain in custody in connection with an alleged R6 million estate fraud and money laundering case.
Their bail appeal is scheduled to be heard at the Polokwane High Court on 21 October 2026.
The property dispute is separate from the criminal case, and there is no confirmed eviction order.
Could Gagash face a housing dilemma if the court grants him bail?
