🔴 BREAKING | ANC WINS MAJOR CONSTITUTIONAL COURT BATTLE!
Justice Nathi Mathopo has delivered a majority ruling in favour of the ANC in its election candidate nomination dispute with the IEC.
The Constitutional Court has overturned the Electoral Court’s order and directed the IEC to include the affected ANC party lists and ward candidate nominations ahead of the 4 November local government elections.
Two justices dissented. The court will provide its full reasons later.
