The 35-year-old reality TV star recently underwent a cosmetic procedure. In sharing her journey, she invited followers to join.

“My self-love journey has taught me that loving yourself can look different for everyone,” she wrote.

Documenting the procedure was an act of community, as she shared that she knows women out there considering doing the surgery.

“I have chosen to share this journey because I know there are women who may be considering the same procedure but have questions, fears, or simply don’t know what to expect.”

She believes these conversations shouldn’t happen behind closed doors.

“If sharing my journey helps even one woman feel more informed and confident about making her own choices, then it’s worth it,” she shared.
