16-Year-Old Girl Fears for Her Family’s Safety if Shadrack Sibiya Is Granted Bail
The 16-year-old girl identified as ZM, whom former Deputy National Police Commissioner Shadrack Sibiya is accused of s*xually grooming, says she fears for her safety and that of her father if he is granted bail.
In her victim impact statement, she said: “I feel my entire family will be exposed to even more danger.”
