The video had a serious tone, different from their lighthearted content, in which they expressed how inappropriate it is to intrude on their infant.
“Stop doing that”
The couple, American-born Addison Logan and South African-born Judy Logan, posted on their TikTok asking fans to stop. They explained that they love meeting fans in public, to the point where they are intentional about not rushing themselves to accommodate and speak to them.
However, they drew a line at fans uncovering their baby while she is asleep. Judy expressed that she does not appreciate that kind of behaviour.
“When it comes to my baby, it’s a no-go. I have had some of you open the blanket while my baby is sleeping. That is unacceptable,” she said.

Highlighting parasocial relationships
The video shed light on parasocial relationships, where social media users form bonds and relationships with the content creators they like and follow.
“We completely understand that you think you might know us because of the videos,” Addison acknowledged.

Seeing the video, one TikTok user said:
“You guys are taking this whole ‘we’re raising a child with our data,’ ‘we are the TikTok aunties,’ and you are literally defending very weird behaviour,” she said.
The content creator goes as far as calling out the responses that were in the comment section of The Logan Fam’s video. Some people felt offended by the couple’s tone, calling it rude, and others dismissed their claims, stating they aren’t even that famous.
“They are not your friends,” she exclaimed.
“You relate to those people; therefore, it’s a way we get to understand and have community,” she clarified, reminding social media viewers that the communities founded online don’t translate to real life.
