Ceejay shocks Layla as he wants to offer extra services

Mbali still feels uneasy about Winile wanting to be close to the baby because she doesn’t trust her and worries that she might turn on her. Jojo will learn that the child is Winile’s rather than theirs. Because of the baby, Jojo is starting to warm up toward Mbali again after being distant from her for a few months. He now views Mbali as part of his family once more.

Mbali is pleased about this but worried that, due to Winile, he might learn the truth. By claiming that the child and Jojo are everything to her and that she would do anything to protect them and not let anyone stand in their way, Mbali attempts to use blackmail on her sister Winile. However, Winile appears to be intimidated by all of this. Mbali does not want Winile to breastfeed the child, but because it makes the child cry, she must permit it. The baby only seems to feel at ease with Winile, so Mbali struggles to bond with him, which leads to resentment between the two.

Ceejay spends the cash he earned from having an affair with his sugar mama Me’shell. He purchases pricier clothing and exudes wealth. Although he is aware that he essentially sleeps with Me’shell to earn all of that money, he can’t seem to explain how he manages to afford all of these things when people ask.

CeeJay is thrilled to have Layla as a client and believes she shares the same desire to have sexual relations with him as Me’shell. However, Layla only wants to work with him and has the wrong impression because Me’shell suggested Layla. He brags to his friend about how everyone likes him, but he is only worried that it will be awkward because he knows Layla, and she wants to have sex with him as well. His friend tells him to relax and that he is meant to do this.

Layla shows up at Cee-jay’s house expecting to go to the gym, unaware she is in for a ride. After the workout, Cee-jay assumes that Layla wants to engage in sexual activity with him. Layla is shocked because she wasn’t expecting it, and it’s not what she wanted. She tells him to put his clothes back on.

Layla is embarrassed when she learns that Ceejay sleeps with Me’shell for money. Me’shell claims that she set Layla up because she saw that she needed to rediscover her groove when Layla confronts her about it. Me’shell explains that her husband is constantly cheating, which is why she does it and assures Layla that she loves her life. Layla appears to be considering Me’shell’s advice to sleep with CeeJay and pay him.

Rorisang and Freddie also submitted an application to the business forum for a cleaning tender. Still, because they lack the funds for all the necessary items, such as BEE certificates, they ask Gloria and Caiphus for a loan. Caiphus declines, but Gloria is willing to provide it. Gloria decides to lend them money behind Caiphus’ back, but only if they give her a cut of the profits if they receive it. The concept does not sit well with Rorisang.

When Ndumiso tells Caiphus he had to pay Donald’s bill after his meal—the businessman who had promised would help Ndumiso land a tender at the business forum—Caiphus is shocked. He tries to convince Ndumiso that this is cause for concern, but Ndumiso is preoccupied with what he might stand to gain and refuses to see the truth.
