Where Will Chiefs Goals Come From? Zwane Responds

Kaizer Chiefs coach Arthur Zwane has explained what new striker Bonfils-Caleb Bimenyimana will add to the team.

Bimenyimana, 24, received his work permit last week and made his debut for the Amakhosi over the weekend.

The tall striker was given the No.28 shirt at Naturena, which was worn by Dumisani Zuma over the last few campaigns, and Zwane hopes he will add more fire-power to his stuttering attack.

“As you know, in the modern game you focus more on your front-three. We didn’t give the whole responsibility to one player,” he told reporters.

“But, yes he needs to help us. He’s got the height, he’s got structure, he is quick. I think he’s going to give us a different dimension in terms of final-third entries.

“We obviously expect him to score goals for us, with the help of other players, not alone.”

Chiefs have only scored four league goals in six DStv Premiership games so far, which is among the least out of any team in the South African top flight.
