David and Victoria Beckham’s son, Romeo Beckham, has been spotted in Cape Town as he appears to be enjoying a trip around the Western Cape.

The 23-year-old model and former footballer was reportedly seen at Cape Town International Airport earlier this week, with his visit quickly attracting attention from local fans.
Romeo has since shared glimpses of his South African adventure on social media, including photographs from the Western Cape.
Romeo Beckham explores Cape Town, Western Cape
According to News24, Romeo appears to have embarked on a road trip through the Western Cape with French-Tunisian talent agent Saif Mahdhi and Polish model Anja Rubik.
Mahdhi shared an image of Romeo standing in a field surrounded by mountains, with another photograph showing the scenic landscape and a South African flag emoji.
Romeo also shared photographs from his trip on Instagram, captioning a series of images with “Wow!” alongside a South African flag emoji.
The group has reportedly visited scenic parts of the Cape, including areas around Chapman’s Peak and Noordhoek, as they continue their Western Cape road trip.
Why is Romeo Beckham in South Africa?
For now, the reason for Romeo’s visit has not been officially confirmed.
The above-mentioned publication reported that it remains unclear why he travelled to South Africa. While there has been speculation that his trip could be linked to work, there is currently no confirmed information from Romeo or his representatives regarding the purpose of the visit.
This comes as Romeo continues to establish himself in the fashion and entertainment industries. He has increasingly appeared at major fashion events and campaigns, including his 2026 Met Gala debut and a Tommy Hilfiger campaign, reported Vogue.
He is also pursuing acting, having reportedly already filmed Forty Love, although there is no confirmed connection between that project and his current South African visit.
