Mzansi has fallen in love with Stompie’ Ntandazo Mndayi‘s gangster role on Gomora, and they can’t risk skipping an episode. Although he plays a young criminal man who dates high school girls, Ntandazo Mndayi is a different person in real life; his real-life occupation has surprised Mzansi.

Ntandazo Mndayi is famous for playing the character of Stompie in the telenovela Gomora. His role is a gangster and mastermind of all the bloody car hijacking deals that have been happening in Gomora. He is also a loyal servant to the Molefe family, but sometimes he gets in trouble when Thati and MaSonto are not in good books. Stompie is devoted to both of them, and it will be tough for him to choose sides.

The Stompie character has captivated the masses with his villainous role. His character is a feared go-getter young man who can do anything to put food on the table. Stompie hides his occupation on screen and uses the MaSonto’s garage as his primary source of income, yet he is a criminal. As of late, he accompanied MaSonto and Mazet on a mission to avenge the death of Buhle, who was eventually killed by Qhoqhoqho. They lured Qhoqhoqho into thinking he was getting help to escape from Gomora and burned him alive.

Stompie’ Ntandazo Mndayi’s real-life occupation revealed

Ntandazo Mndayi was born and bred in Mount Frere Eastern Cape; he attended Thuto Lehakwe Secondary School in Randfontein. He passed his secondary school with better grades that qualified him to participate in tertiary education. Ntandazo Mndayi graduated with a Diploma in Marketing Management. He works as a Marketing Manager and Installer at Lobega Blinds and Trading PTY.

Ntandazo is more than the gangster character we see on our screens. He is the epitome of hard work and stops at nothing to be successful. The star is multi-tasking as an actor and manager of a big company. Being on television has always been his dream, and he is happy to be on Gomora. In his own words, Ntandazo said:

“I was so determined that I will be on television one day, and my family and friends will gather to cheer for me. I am grateful for the show producers who trusted and believed in my craft to allow me to act along and learn from the best. It’s not easy sharing scenes with legendary actors and actresses like Katlego Danke, Zolisa Xaluva, Connie Chiume, whom we envied, but now we are tapping into their skills and experience.”
