After news broke that internet personality Lasizwe listed his Bryanston home for sale, an X user claiming to be content creator Dominic Zaca had plenty to say about Lasizwe’s siblings and deceased father. Not letting things slide, the Awkward Dates host addressed the social media user, only to realise afterwards that it was an online troll.

On 13 August 2026, MDN News reported that the quiet sale of Lasizwe’s R3.8 million home came after “changes behind the scenes.” An anonymous source claimed that some of the celebrity’s YouTube production team members faced retrenchment.

In response to the post, X user @Dominic_Zaca, not to be confused with the real Dominic, wrote the following claims:

“Lol that’s his late father’s property. He wanted to be a sole beneficiary of this house, and his other siblings took him to court. That man had 12 kids, and they all want a piece of their deceased dad’s estate. Lasizwe thought he was special, kanti that’s not how the real world works.”

Seeing the claims, Lasizwe, who previously had a clash with Dominic, took to his keyboard to share a lengthy reply.

“Dominic, what I find fascinating about you is the confidence with which you continuously speak about my life while knowing so little about what actually happens in it,” he wrote. “Usually I let you enjoy yourself, but bringing my late father and my siblings into your storytelling is where you’ve become a little too comfortable.”

He then asked for receipts of the court claims, asking the troll to provide the case number and court dates.

Almost 30 minutes later, Lasizwe returned to the app, writing, “Oh this is a FAKE ACCOUNT that’s tweeting all of this… wow. That’s crazy business.”

A fan also informed Lasizwe that the account was fake, to which he replied, “Whoever is behind that account needs serious help.”

Dominic has not responded to the mix-up at the time of publication.
