The eye-catching strip celebrates another historic chapter in Sundowns‘ history after lifting the CAF Champions League title for a second time.

The new away strip features a blue jersey, white shorts and blue socks. The shirt also includes two stars above the club badge to commemorate Kabo Yellows‘ second African crown, secured in May 2026.

MAMELODI SUNDOWNS CELEBRATE CHAMPIONS

PUMA supports the launch with a campaign titled “Fueled by the Sun.” The campaign highlights Mamelodi Sundowns’ attacking identity and winning mentality.

According to PUMA, the design captures the fearless ambition and relentless intensity that have become synonymous with Masandawana.

The jersey features striking geometric graphics inspired by the power of the sun. Shades of royal blue, deep navy and the club’s famous yellow complete the modern design.

“PUMA drew inspiration from the powerful energy that defines Mamelodi Sundowns when designing the new away kit. It is a bold expression of the Masandawana spirit and embodies the Club’s ambition and the momentum that drives every performance,” said Brett Bellinger, PUMA SA’s Marketing Director.

KIT GOES ON SALE NEXT WEEK

Supporters will have two versions to choose from. The Authentic shirt is the same version worn by the players and features PUMA’s ULTRAWEAVE fabric for lightweight performance. It also includes dryCELL and ThermoAdapt technologies to help keep players cool and dry.

The Replica jersey is made from recycled polyester and is designed for everyday supporters.

The new away shirt will officially go on sale on 13 August 2026.

Pricing has been confirmed as follows:

  • Authentic jersey: R2,399
  • Replica men’s and women’s jersey: R1,299

Supporters will be able to purchase the new strip from PUMA retail stores, PUMA.com, the Mamelodi Sundowns online store, the club’s pop-up store, as well as JD Sports, Totalsports, Sportsmans Warehouse, Takealot and Studio 88.
