Ramasimong edging closer to Bantu return

The Vodacom Premier League (VPL) giants Bantu are finalising the deal to re-sign former Chippa United winger Maloisane Ramasimong, writes Tlalane Phahla.

The club has confirmed via their spokesperson Pule Mosoatsi that they are in talks with the player but the deal has not been concluded yet, and provided no further details.

“We are still in talks with him that’s all I can say, nothing is official yet,” he told FARPost.

Ramasimong, who has played for Bloemfontein Celtic at youth level, joined ‘A Matšo Matebele’ in 2016.

He was brought to the club by James Madidilane, who was at the helm of the club at the time.

He left the club in 2018 to join Celtic again on a two year deal.
He then went on to join Chippa United 2020 where he reunited with Lehlohonolo Seema.

The 32-year-old was in action this past weekend in a friendly match between Bantu and Township Rollers from Botswana, which pretty much confirmed his return to Mafeteng.

Those familiar with the deal say it is just the matter of club making the announcement official.
