Commissioner Baloyi has emphasised that simply reversing IDAC’s decision to pursue a case against Brigadier Dineo Mokwele would not be enough, even after IDAC head Andrea Johnson apologised, as the commission must also examine how and why IDAC under Johnson’s leadership arrived at that decision.
