The Parliament #AdHocCommittee , in its 14 July 2026 deliberations (preliminary report), found executive accountability failures and unresolved integrity concerns regarding suspended Police Minister Senzo Mchunu over his directive to disband the PKTT and related associations, but did not find evidence of any proven corrupt agreement or cartel instruction.
