South African rapper Refilwe Boingotlo Moeketsi, popularly known as Fifi Cooper, has announced the postponement of her highly anticipated 1 Night With Fifi Cooper tour, citing a deeply personal matter related to gender-based violence (GBV).

The award-winning musician shared the news with fans in a heartfelt statement on social media, explaining that the decision was not made lightly.
A difficult but necessary decision
In her statement, Fifi revealed that she is currently dealing with a personal matter relating to GBV and needs to prioritise her well-being during this challenging time.
She apologised to fans who had been looking forward to attending the tour and thanked them for their understanding, patience and continued support.
While she did not share further details about the situation, the rapper asked for privacy as she navigates the matter.
Tour dates to be rescheduled
Fifi confirmed that 1 Night With Fifi Cooper has been postponed rather than cancelled. New dates will be announced once she is in a position to continue with the tour.
She assured ticket holders that more information regarding the rescheduled dates and ticket arrangements would be communicated in due course.
The Ameni rapper also expressed her appreciation to everyone who has stood by her, saying their love and encouragement mean a great deal during this difficult period.
